In 2024, we exported a customized Industrial Ceramic Furnace to a ceramic tile and tableware manufacturer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The customer needed a furnace with precise sintering control to improve product hardness and firing consistency. After several technical discussions, our engineering team designed a furnace tailored to their production needs.
The exported system included the Industrial Ceramic Furnace, programmable control unit, kiln furniture set, and auxiliary safety devices. The production period lasted 26 days, and the total delivery cycle, including sea freight and documentation, was finalized within 38 days.
The Vietnamese customer expressed strong satisfaction with both quality and service. They reported that firing temperature accuracy improved significantly, and product rejection rates dropped by 12% after switching to our furnace. Additionally, they appreciated our remote diagnostics system, which allowed quick troubleshooting during initial testing.
